FLow and FLux solo exhibition by Jeffrey Andrade Hemming There is a balance I find in the act of painting, an elusive consistency that is both intriguing and complex. My process is responsive and while my paintings have a start and end point, the discovery of these points is always varied. I am influenced by a world in constant change. The condition of impermanence has a great effect on my work. These recent paintings are inspired by the transient chaos of change, the ability to adapt, and the fleeting need for balance. Jeff is an maximalist painter from the Bay Area. His paintings delve into a flux of chaos, harmony, technology, abundance, and waste all at once.
