To me it all starts with a whisper. A small, quiet voice (represented as a hummingbird in my paintings) tells us what feels right and what does not. However, once fear (represented as a rabbit) is involved, this tiny voice can become difficult to hear. This scenario is depicted in The Whisper, as the rabbit is anxious and feels uncomfortable with the whisper and guidance from the hummingbird.
