KALEID Gallery presents You See What I Did There? new works by John Hageman, Jr.

“Lately I have been making work with a lot pop culture references. With this show, I wanted to focus on creating more original pieces using my signature color and humor. I have challenged myself in scale and attempted tiny experiments in color. Not that you would notice… or maybe you did. The work before you on the treated dry wall, is a collection of non sequitur thoughts regarding everything from my lack of sleep to a spirited discussion on current affairs.

I have a friend coming to play some songs on his guitar his name is Muffin.” ~ John Hageman, Jr.
